If during the checkout process, the card was declined, there may be a temporal hold of the funds put by your bank. This is not a double transaction, the additional funds will be released automatically by your bank.

If the order is canceled or changed, OLMA will issue a refund. You will receive an email notification for the refund. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 4 business days to see the refund in your bank account.

Once the order is placed, you will receive the order notification email. Please make sure that all information is correct. Contact us immediately if you would like to change anything or the information is not correct. OLMA is not responsible for the orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

We will start packing your order the day before your selected delivery date. Once shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. Also, you are able to check your order status on our site.

Saturday delivery is available for a flat rate charge of $49.99. The order must be placed before 3 pm on Friday.

All orders are shipped using FedEx or UPS overnight service. We always try to target your selected delivery date. Unfortunately, some delays may happen. You’ll be notified if the order is shipped late. If the delay happens because of FedEx, we will try to reschedule the delivery for the next day even if it falls onto Saturday. OLMA is committed to delivering safe, fresh products. To ensure this, we are continually improving our unique packaging system. We use a fully insulated temperature-retaining system that keeps all contents cool. This technology retains products’ temperatures for a full 48 hours in air temperatures up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit, and for full 72 hours in air temperatures of up to 90 degrees. We proudly guarantee that all food products you receive from OLMA are just as fresh as when they left our facilities.

Our unique shipping system utilizes a reusable, seamless, molded polystyrene cooler chest, accompanied by non-toxic refrigerant gel packs. All perishable foods are temperature controlled within the cooler, which is then encased in an outer cardboard shipping container. To further prevent any temperature escalation, we fill any remaining areas with filler to minimize any air circulation. Additionally, these cooler and refrigerant gel packs are reusable — so you may use them to your heart’s content!

Portions of certain products may be frozen due to any potential delays in transport. Additionally, some products may be treated with thermal treatment to preserve taste and freshness.

OLMA requests that someone be available at the time of delivery to sign for and receive the package, and refrigerate any perishable products ASAP. If the package is left at the door, OLMA will not be able to take responsibility if any perishable products spoil.

To fully enjoy your gourmet products’ full range of flavor and freshness, be sure to prepare for your delivery—in advance—and have someone ready to receive the order.

All products are guaranteed to be fresh. However, they must be inspected immediately upon arrival—as credit will NOT be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed (even partially). If you want to return any item, please keep all packaging intact. Also, all return claims must be made within 24 hrs of shipment receipt. At that time, a return authorization code will be issued. Once we receive and accept the claim, we will automatically resend the merchandise. Please note: returns will not be accepted without a return authorization code.

The ideal temperature for storing caviar is 34° F or below to preserve optimal quality. This is best achieved by keeping it on ice in your refrigerator. Unopened, caviar will last up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator. Once opened, enjoy your caviar within 3 days.

In the unlikely event, that you will not finish your caviar in one sitting and need to store it, we recommend gently placing a layer of plastic wrap on the surface of the caviar before applying the lid. This will minimize the caviar’s contact with air and increase its shelf life.
