This is my favorite online store to order caviar and accompaniments. The selection is great, their customer service is excellent, and the product's quality is outstanding.

My package was delivered to the wrong address before Christmas. Needless to say how frustrated was I, especially as fedex (the worst courier in the world!) never bothered to fix the problem and deliver the package to me. OLMA solved it as I was surely not the first in their experience who didn't get the stuff. They filed a claim and instead of returning my payment, provided me with the same order. The second time was luckier and I received my fresh caviar and absolutely delicious smoked fish. Thank you OLMA.
