Thawing Instructions:
Salmon roe will come to you frozen; storage is as easy as placing it in your freezer until ready to eat. When it is time to enjoy this delicacy, simply thaw the package in your refrigerator, then serve at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening.
Storage
An unopened salmon roe can be stored in the freezer for up to 24 months. See the expiration date on the package. Once the package is opened, it should be eaten within three days. Refrigerate after opening.
