- Local deliveries around the New York area are shipped via UPS One Day Service

French Mini Blini – 2″/16pcs.
The delicate taste of caviar has traditionally been enjoyed on its own. However, Caviar Blinis with a touch of crème fraîche will add to the experience without overwhelming the caviar.
Our French Caviar Blinis are almost two inches in diameter each and come in a pack of sixteen. Made from wheat flour, water, and vegetable oils. Blinis have a dough-like taste similar to a crisp pancake. Once heated in the oven, grill, or toaster, the Blinis make for a perfect accompaniment for all types of caviar.

My caviar order got here (California) on time (in 24 hours) and it was perfectly fresh and cold. I’m somewhat experienced when it comes to caviar and I would say their caviar is very reasonably priced and the quality was good. We got Paddlefish, White Sturgeon, and Osetra. We ordered blinis too and they were decent. Will order again from OLMA.
