    I have a question. I live near the Suwannee River in Florida. We have a type of sturgeon but I was curious if it can be used for caviar? There are an abundance of them and they are injuring and killing people when they jump. I don’t know a lot about this but if there is a way someone can use them for food it might cut down on the population of them. I enjoy caviar but don’t know which type of sturgeon can be used for this.
